Required Qualifications & Skills
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Registered with DORA as licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT) with a valid state of Colorado License

Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients

Ability to complete documentation of services in a timely manner

Comfort working with a diverse client base

Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
Compensation
Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, based on licensure level and experience.
In addition, eligible clinicians may qualify for monthly performance bonuses.
Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

Provide excellent customer service for clients

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of 32 billable hours per week

Part time status is 15 -30
