Required Qualifications & Skills

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:​

  • Registered with DORA as licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT) with a valid state of Colorado License 

  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients 

  • Ability to complete documentation of services in a timely manner 

  • Comfort working with a diverse client base 

  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!) 

  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, based on licensure level and experience.

In addition, eligible clinicians may qualify for monthly performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy 

  • Provide excellent customer service for clients

  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals 

  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol 

  • For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of 32 billable hours per week 

  • Part time status is 15 -30
